By the way, is the credit crunch affecting Finland as well as the UK? |

| Well, I've never taken a loan in my life, so I really don't know. But I haven't heard about anything about it in the news, so I guess not. Has credit crunch affected your life lately?

| Put basically, inflation has gone wild and everything is becoming more expensive by the day. Apparently it's the worst case of inflation in 15 years, which is never good. Hasn't affected me seriously as of yet. But then if it gets worse...

| Does it snow up there? Because it never does in the UK now. It's been over a year since we had enough snow that's lasted over an hour without melting.

| Sure, we have a lot of snow every year! Sometimes you can't even drive a car because there's so much snow on the roads.

| And it snows on Christmas day? It hasn't in the UK in over 30 years...

| Well, it didn't snow on Christmas day where I live last year, but I did snow in northern parts of Finland.

| Lucky you. I think it might be global warming that's causing the lack of snow. If the theory is even true.

| Global warming my ass! I refuse to believe it. When I can spend my Christmas wearing nothing but a T-shirt and shorts, then I'll believe it.

| I'm keeping an open mind on the subject. There was a mini ice age between 1200-1850 (no glaciers, just temperatures dropping below the usual), so the "rising temperatures" are probably just the climate returning to normal.
